Who is the course for?
This 6 hour workshop is for those who would like to take the first steps toward designing web pages. You should know about using a mouse, keyboard, toolbars and menus. Experience browsing the internet is essential.
What does the course aim to do?
By the end of the course you will be able to publish your site FREE with Microsoft Live.

What will be covered?
- Setting up a Microsoft Live account
- Choosing a theme
- Changing the colour scheme
- Creating new pages
- Including photos and images
- Changing the appearnace of text
- Saving pages
- Updating pages
What are the final qualifications?
There are no formal qualifications or tests to be taken at the end of the course. A certificate of achievement will be issued on completion of the course.
How will I be assessed?
There is no formal assessment however advice, guidance and support will be given as required.
Will I have to study at home?
No, however you may wish to use some time at home to practice the skills you have learnt in class. Alternatively you can use the computers at e-Pewsey to practice.
How much does the course cost?
This course is FREE.
Are there any additional costs?
Handouts are provided, you just need to bring something to write with. You will need a credit or debit card to register with Microsoft Live (no charge will be made to you card)
