We can help you set up a free e-mail address and show you how to send and receive e-mails.
Using Skype - low cost internet phone calls
Skype allows you to make free phone calls to other Skype users. Calls to other phones are very cheap. We can help you set up an account with Skype so that you can make phone calls over the internet. Each computer has headphones and a microphone so you can chat.
Messenger - lets you talk online and in real-time with friends and family
Messenger is another way to keep in touch with friend and family. All of our computers have a web cam and we can help you set up a video chat.

We can show you how to find local jobs and give you some guidelines on how to write a C.V. We also run C.V. writing workshops.
