Should I Attend This Course?
This 10 hour course is for anyone who has recently completed computers for the terrified or for people who wish to learn the basics of Internet and Email
What does this course cover?
Navigating Internet Explorer, Using Search Engines, Using and adding favourites, creating email accounts, sending emails, reading emails, replying and forwarding emails, attaching files to emails, opening attachments, printing emails, saving emails, organising messages and contacts.
What are the final qualifications?
There are no formal qualifications or tests to be taken at the end of the course. A certificate of achievement will be issued on completion of the course.
Is there an assessment?
There is no formal assessment however advice, guidance and support will be given as required.
Where do I study?
The PACT Centre, however there is no problem with practising at home
